How can I place an order?
To place an order on Minocostume, please follow these steps:
- Search the product for the item you wish to purchase.
- Please refer to our size chart and measure guide to select your gender, size or if you need custom please fill in your details to get your item specially tailor-made for you. Then click "Add to Cart".
- If you confirm that you have selected the correct size or completed the measurement provided for customization, please click "checkout" to continue. If you have the discount code we provide, please apply it to this page to enjoy the discount.
- On checkout page, please enter your address details, email, phone number, and then select the shipping and payment methods. Click 'Complete Order' to proceed with payment for your order.
- You will be redirected to PayPal or other credit card payment gateways to complete the payment. After completing the payment, you will receive an email notification from us
What Forms of Payment are Accepted?
Currently, we only accept payments through PayPal. You can quickly and securely register a PayPal account to complete purchases.
Which currency is used for transactions?
Our default currency for accepting transactions is the US dollar.
How to Inform Customers About Order Delays?
