Refund & Return Policy

Returning for replacement or refund

We accept returns, exchanges, or refunds within 15 days of receiving costume, dresses, wigs, or shoes. If the product is still new and in good condition, the cost of the product will be fully refunded. But the original shipping fee will not be refunded. Please follow the steps below to process your return:

  • Step 1: Please contact our customer service: support@minocostume.com Display the item you want to return and its reason, and then we will determine whether your item can be returned, exchanged, or refunded based on the return policy.
  • Step 2: After confirmation, please return the item to 403 Turkey Creek Road, Mathews, Alabama, US 36052. 
  • Please remember to contact our customer service team, and we will guide you through the remaining process.
  • Step 3: After receiving and inspecting the product, the refund will be processed within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends).

Regarding shipping costs: Under normal circumstances, the return shipping costs are borne by the customer, while we cover the replacement shipping costs. Please note that if the customer returns the product without consultation, we will not bear any costs.

Here are cases in which you can return the merchandise for a replacement or refund:

  1. Projects with defects or errors. If the product is defective or damaged during transportation, we can replace it for you. Or simply send the goods back to us. We will refund you after receiving the returned package.
  2. The size is incorrect. When placing an order, you can directly choose the size or send us your size. Always ensure to choose the correct size. We will strictly follow the size information received to make the suit. If the size of the suit we make is incorrect, we can exchange or refund it for you.
  3. The color is incorrect. If the color of the received product is completely different from the color you have selected, please contact the customer service department: support@minocostume.com Used for refund or replacement. However, please note that the project cannot be the same as the image. When you see this suit on different display screens, there may be almost no color difference. The dissatisfaction caused by this cannot be rewarded. But we guarantee that all suits are made based on what you see on our website. 95% -99% of people like these photos the most. We provide modifications for all products. don't worry.
  4. If you plan to return the item, please ensure that it has never been used, worn out, altered, and there are no lost items. Original packaging, clothing labels, and tracking numbers are essential items for you to receive a refund. Therefore, please carefully check all the details of the product.

Please return the costumes back with a shipping number.

Following are conditions on which return is not accepted:

  1. All customized products are non refundable.
  2. If you return a portion of the clothing, the payment will not be refunded.
  3. Items that have been worn, used, stained, attached to animal hair, or altered will not be returned.
  4. Underwear, socks, and stockings cannot be returned.
  5. Items that are disposable or for indoor use, such as shoe covers, boots, makeup shoes, etc., are non returnable and non exchangeable.
  6. Customs clearance items are non refundable.

We do not charge replenishment fees

Order cancellation:

The product department will start preparing your order within 48 hours after receiving it. Therefore, please ensure to cancel your order within 24 hours.

If the package has already been processed, you will not be able to cancel it. If you decide to cancel the order while we are processing the clothing, we will not be able to refund you the full payment for the order.
