Customized orders: Customized orders or orders that require additional processing time, such as personalized or customized products, must be placed before 1pm GMT+8 to ensure sufficient time for production. The estimated processing time for these orders will be provided at the time of placing the order.
Cancellations
The product department will start preparing your order within 48 hours after receiving it. Therefore, please ensure to cancel your order within 24 hours. If the package has already been processed, you will not be able to cancel it. If you decide to cancel the order while we are processing the clothing, we will not be able to refund you the full payment for the order.
Damaged Products
If the product is defective or damaged during transportation, we can replace it for you. Or simply send the goods back to us. We will refund you after receiving the returned package.
